About Us

Emotions DanceSport was created by Simeon Stoynov & Kora Uczekaj. They are the 6-Time Reigning Pacific Northwest Regional Champions, were Youth National Champions in 2002, and are two of the most sought after teachers in the Northwest.

Simeon is originally from Bulgaria, and Kora is from the Seattle area. They have been dance partners since 1999 and proudly represent the United States at some of the most prestigious dance competitions in the world, such as Blackpool Dance Festival, UK DanceSport Championships, and the International DanceSport Championships. They get their training from the best teachers in the world, and so their information is up-to-date and of the highest standard in the region.

They have been competing together for 8 years and have a combined teaching experience of 25 years. They have taught the Nation's top youth, given wedding couples the skills to perform works of art, and have waltzed couples into the world of dancing.

Ballroom, Latin, and social dance lessons are taught at the Impulse Ballroom for clients living in Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, and Renton areas. They also teach in Los Angeles at the Club One Studio and San Jose and San Francisco at the Starlite Dance Club.

International Championships 2007 Fundraiser Show - A Success
