Newcomer: Quarter Turn to R, Natural Spin Turn, Chasse Reverse Turn

Bronze: Closed Impetus

Silver - Gold : Quick Open Reverse

Follows:

Newcomer - Bronze: Any figure beginning with left foot

Silver: Quick Open Reverse, Fishtail, Four Quick Run or 2-12 V6 (at corner after doing LF back with Lady Ouside Partner, Toe-heel, and as a Slow)

Gold: 2-12 V6 (DC) or 2-5 Back Lock (LOD) - (for both you must do a Tipsy to the left first), Six Quick Run (at corner and after LF back with Lady Outside Partner, Toe-heel, as a Slow)

Note:

Man: If commenced backing LOD turn 3/8 between 1-2 (body turns less). Position of body on 2-5 should be facing between wall and diagonal wall.

Lady: If commenced facing LOD turn 1/4 between 1-2 and 1/8 between 2-3 (Body turns less)
